  • 20% At the time of Agreement (including booking amount)
  • 10% On Foundation
  • 10% On 1st Floor Roof Casting
  • 10% On 2nd Floor Roof Casting
  • 10% On 3rd Floor Roof Casting
  • 10% On 4th Floor Roof Casting
  • 10% On 6th Floor Roof Casting
  • 5% On 7th Floor Roof Casting
  • 5% On Brickwork of Said Flat
  • 5% on completion of Plastering of the said unit
  • 5% On Possession of Said Flat
Extra Charges (Expenses) :
 
  1. Legal charges at the time of agreement: Rs 5500/-
  2. Legal charge at the time of Possession : Rs 5500/-
  3. WBSEB Transformer / Main Meter charges : Rs. 25/- per Sq.ft
  4. Generator charges ( for limited backup) : Rs 20/- per Sq.ft (500 Watts for 2 B/R, 700 Watts for 3 B/R)
  5. One Time Consideration for Recreation Centre facilities : Rs. 10/- Per Sq.ft
  6. Mutation Fees and other taxes & duties: At actual.
Deposits :
 
  1. Maintenance deposits Rs 1.25/-per Sq.ft per month for 12 months (Rs.15/- Per Sq.ft for a year)
  2. Grills (To be paid at final roof slab casting): As per Actual
  3. Sinking fund (one time) Rs.10/- per Sq.ft
Registration Charges :
  7.1% (Up to 25Lakhs), 8.1% (Above 25 Lacs)
